On the main thoroughfare of Pike Place, dozens of participants will be showcasing, sampling and selling their cheeses. Meet the makers and distributors of fantastic artisanal cheeses along with cooking demos and wine tastings at DeLaurenti.

To mark the occasion, on Friday May 12th we will be preparing a 3-course dinner inspired by the many cheeses of France. Join us to sample some of those very cheesy recipes such as Savoie's famous Tartiflette and velvety Roquefort Soufflé. In addition, this special dinner will also feature Jazz Vocalist and French Singer Fathia Atallah. Fathia is from Toulouse and sings many well-loved Jazz standards in French, as well as her original compositions and traditional French songs.
