Valentine's Day Weekend

If you are trying to beat the rush and celebrate before or after the 14th, we will be offering two special menus on the 8th, 9th and 15th, 16th. Our menu for the 14th is here.

Chef Christian Potvin has selected some of our most popular preparations and designed two 3-course menus, $45 and $55. A wine flight will also be available to pair with the menu.

Five Fresh Oysters on the Half Shell
with Champagne Mignonette

Escargots à la Bourguignonne
Six escargots baked in garlic and parsley butter

Second:
Lotte à la provençale
Monkfish medallions, ratatouille, pomme fondantes. Roasted tomato and fennel coulis

Duo de Canard au Poivre Vert
Duo of duck magret and leg confit served over wild mushrooms, asparagus, baby carrots, gratin Dauphinois. Green peppercorn, cream sauce

House cured and seared Hudson Valley Foie Gras with apple marmalade, butter brioche and balsamic reduction

Pan seared Painted Hills natural beef tenderloin, roasted bone marrow. Truffle salted Frites and red wine reduction
