We cook with fresh produce, and choose local whenever possible.
We are proud to state that Maximilien is completely free of genetically modified foods.
We always ask our purveyors for locally grown meat. We follow the Monterey Bay Aquarium’s (MBA) Seafood Watch program because it provides the most comprehensive guidelines available for sustainable seafood choices. We also choose Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) certified seafood whenever possible.
