Celebrate the new Beaujolais of 2016 for an evenings of Beaujolais pleasure: Chef Potvin will be preparing a tasty 3-course dinner to pair with the new wine! Join us Thursday November 17th, as Maximilien and Rouge pair up for our Beaujolais Nouveau dinner! Drink in the sensuous, joyous atmosphere, along a delectable menu and taste the season's new wines. Rouge will open-up your senses with music of Paris! ui, Beaujolais Nouveau will be plentiful by the glass, bottle or sampler!
In just one week over 65 million bottles, nearly half of the region's total annual production, will be distributed and drunk around the world. Beaujolais Nouveau is a synonym for festivity and celebration and its release is a convivial atmosphere that lights up gray November.
Rouge features our Elle Rayor, Toby Hanson for the first set (6PM) and Dave Bartley (8:30PM).

Frisée greens, bacon, croutons, poached egg
Faisant Farci et Chanterelles
Stuffed pheasant breast and leg confit, sweet potato gratin, asparagus, chanterelles
Braised black cod in a tomato fennel broth, fava beans, green olives, potato confit
Poached meringue floating over vanilla sauce, caramel
NOTE: The wine concert originally planned for Nov. 19th has been cancelled. We hope you will join us for the above dinner instead. We apologize for the inconvenience .
