Arriving Late November!

Join us Saturday November 18th and celebrate the new Beaujolais of 2017, as Maximilien and Rouge pair up for our Beaujolais Nouveau dinner!  Drink in the sensuous, joyous atmosphere, along a delectable menu and taste the season's new wines. Rouge will open-up your senses with music of Paris! Oui, Beaujolais Nouveau will be plentiful by the glass, bottle or sampler! Chef Potvin will be preparing a tasty 3-course dinner to pair with the new wine! 

In just one week over 65 million bottles, nearly half of the region's total annual production, will be distributed and drunk around the world. Beaujolais Nouveau is a synonym for festivity and celebration and its release is a convivial atmosphere that lights up gray November.

Rouge features our Elle Rayor & Clayton from 6PM to  9:00PM.

Velouté de Navets et Feuilles de Choux de Bruxelles
Roasted turnips velouté with fried Brussels sprouts chips

Salade Lyonnaise
Frisée greens, crispy Serrano ham, croutons, poached egg

 

 

Daube de Chevreuil au Cidre
Venison stew with apple cider, bacon, carrots, baby turnips and chanterelles
Or
Coquille St. Jacques et Crevettes Sauce vin Rouge
Pan seared sea scallops with jumbo prawns, Bordeaux and tomato concassé sauce. “Pomme paillasson”, winter vegetables.

 

Tarte Tatin, glace au chocolat blanc
Apple Tart Tatin and white chocolate ice cream.

 


A 5% service charge will be added to your check should you order food/beverages. It replaces the older system of servers “tipping out” support staff. 100% of this charge is going to the restaurant and is used to provide a better living wage to non tipped employees. More Info.
