Rouge evokes the cobblestone streets of Paris with Edith Piaf to Zaz, fast musettes to gypsy jazz for a “no jet lag” trip to France with a jazzy American twist! Our beautiful chanteuse Janet Elle sings and dances between tables to keep romance in the air with 2017 award-winning musicians violinist Brandon Vance and accordionist Toby Hanson.

Pre-Paid Reservations
New Year's Eve Dinner is on December 31 with two seatings and two menus (early/late). Only our special set menus will be available. Reservations are available online or by phone. Reserve early as space is limited.
Pre-paid reservations are available online or by calling us at 206-682-7270. This non-refundable reservation pays for your meal experience at Maximilien including service and taxes. Beverages/Wine Pairing are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit. Reserve early as space is limited.
This special menu is only available for VACCINATED guests over the ago of 21. You must have matching proof of vaccination and ID. There is no exception and no refund if you can’t show our staff this information.
Chef Potvin has created two celebratory menus: a FIVE-Course menu served at the 5:30/6PM seating and a SEVEN-Course menu at the 9PM seating.

Why pre-pay for reservations ?
Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.
What's included ?
The food menu, 20% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.25% sales tax and Resy's 2% service fee. Beverages and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.
What should I do if I am running late?
If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time we may be unable to serve you.
I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?
No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
What’s your refund policy?
We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. We can also have you pick up the meal for take out.Who needs to be vaccinated?
Anyone in your party that is eligible to be vaccinated. Currently that’s anyone over the ago of 12. Proof and ID must be available. We do not make any exception at all.
NOTE: A 5% surcharge will be added to your check. 100% of this charge is retained by the restaurant and not paid to service staff. It is used to provide a better living wage to non tipped employees.
