New Year's Eve, It’s almost 2023!

It's Paris, circa WWII....

You are on a cobblestone street, stepping into a concert hall. You hear Music, French cafe-concert music. A striking trio of vocals, violin and accordion. A beautiful chanteuse, riveting movement. A passionate, joyous time!

Rouge: Music of Paris

Rouge evokes the cobblestone streets of Paris with Edith Piaf to Zaz, fast musettes to gypsy jazz for a “no jet lag” trip to France with a jazzy American twist! Our beautiful chanteuse Janet Elle sings and dances between tables to keep romance in the air with violinist Brandon Vance and pianist/accordionist Clayton Murray.


Pre-Paid Reservations

New Year's Eve Dinner is on December 31 with two seatings and two menus (early/late). Only our special set menus will be available. Reservations are available online or by phone. Reserve early as space is limited.

Pre-paid reservations are available online or by calling us at 206-682-7270. This non-refundable reservation pays for your meal experience at Maximilien including service and taxes. Beverages/Wine Pairing are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit. Reserve early as space is limited.

Price per person: $110/$140 plus 5% Service Charge, 20% Gratuity and 10.25% WA sales tax.


Chef Potvin has created two celebratory menus: a FIVE-Course menu served at the 5:30/6PM seating and a SEVEN-Course menu at the 8:30/9PM seating.

  • Why pre-pay for reservations ?

    Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.

  • What's included ?

    The $110/$140 food menu, 20% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.25% sales tax and Resy's 2% service fee. Beverages and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.

  • What should I do if I am running late?

    If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time we may be unable to serve you.

  • I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?

    No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  • What’s your refund policy?
    We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. We can also have you pick up the meal for take out.


NOTE: A 5% surcharge will be added to your check. 100% of this charge is retained by the restaurant and not paid to service staff. It is used to provide a better living wage to non tipped employees.
