You are on a cobblestone street, stepping into a concert hall. You hear Music, French cafe-concert music. A striking quartet of vocals, violin, accordion, and guitar. A beautiful chanteuse, riveting movement. A passionate, joyous time!

European Cabaret Music by Rouge

Rouge's French cafe music evokes the cobblestone streets of Paris and opens your senses with passionate music inspired from Edith Piaf to Pink Martini! It is a treat of classical skill with fearless jazz /world improvisation!

Chanteuse Janet Rayor, violinist Brandon Vance, and accordionist Toby Hanson!

New Year's Eve Dinner is on December 31 with two seatings (early/late). Only our special set menu will be available.

Tickets available online only. This ticket holds your booking and pays for your meal experience at Maximilien.

Beverages/Wine Pairing are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit. Buy Tickets early as space is limited.

Tickets FAQ:

  • Why sell tickets instead of taking reservations?

Tickets allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.

  • We are a party of 4 but made two reservations of 2 guests. We want to sit at the same table! 

No problem, once you made your reservations, email us both reservations details and we will be sure to sit you at the same table!

  • What should I do if I am running late?

If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your ticket time we may be unable to serve you.

  • I can't make my reservation. Can you sell my ticket ?

No. You are welcome to sell or give away your tickets yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the ticket purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  • I have an odd party size, how can I buy a ticket?
