VALENTINE DAY TASTING DINNER

Valentine Tasting Menu:

A Romantic Spot on Valentine's Day! We are celebrating Valentine's day with a $130 multi-course dinner menu and live accordion!

This special dinner will also feature the talented Bonnie Birch performing on accordion from 5:30pm to 9:30pm. Bonnie began accordion lessons at the age of 7. Her primary teacher was Thorild Swanson from Stancatto School of Accordion. With his guidance, Bonnie developed excellent technique, music reading skills, performing skills, and the appreciation of practice and patience. 

Chef Potvin is preparing a tasty French feast for “La Fete des Amoureux” that is sure to impress the most refined palate. The $130 Multi-Course menu in part features Duck, Lobster, Scallops prepared the French way. Love inspired cocktails and a wine pairing will be available for those wanting to indulge on the event night!

We will be offering two seatings: 5-5:30pm and 8-8:30pm.

Amuse Bouche: Caviar de Saumon Pour Deux
Salmon rock salt smoked caviar for two.

Frisée greens, crispy bacon, croutons, poached egg.

Chestnuts velouté with crème fraiche.

Puff pastry with lobster, scallops, wild mushrooms and a saffron lobster sauce.

Seared duck breast, roasted garlic mash potatoes, greens beans and winter vegetables. Orange Demi-glace.

Pre-paid reservations:

This dinner is on Feb. 14 only. Only the set menu above will be available. Sorry we do not offer substitutions or menu modification on this special day! Pre-paid reservations are available online. This non-refundable reservation pays for your meal experience at Maximilien including service and taxes. Beverages/Wine Pairing are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit.

Price per person: $130 plus 5% Service Charge, 20% Gratuity and 10.25% WA sales tax.

  • Why pre-pay for reservations ?

    Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.

  • What's included ?

    The $130 food menu, 20% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.25% sales tax and Resy's 2% service fee. Beverages, optional wine pairing and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.

  • What should I do if I am running late?

    If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time we may be unable to serve you.

  • I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?

    No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  • What’s your refund policy?
    We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. We can also have you pick up the meal for take out.
