Chef Christian Potvin will exquisitely pair a five-course dinner featuring France’s Sud-Ouest region with excellent wines from Tenet Wines. Join us to enjoy the variety of flavors from this Washington-France collaboration winery.
A project between the iconic Washington state winery Chateau Ste. Michelle and the acclaimed Rhône winemaker Michel Gassier, Tenet Wines establishes a parallel between Syrah’s cradle and most renowned region, the Rhône Valley, and its tremendous potential on Washington’s basaltic slopes. Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Head Winemaker Bob Bertheau and Michel Gassier have combined their experience with the assistance of Southern Rhône's famous enology consultant, Philippe Cambie, and crafted wines from both regions, aiming to show the wines' respective character and their common excellence.

AMUSE BOUCHE: Rillettes de lapin et canard sur toast.
Rabbit and duck rillettes on toast.
Salade de Magret fume au crottin. Noix et foie gras.
Smoked duck breast salad, crottin, walnuts and shaved Foie Gras.

Pre-paid reservations are available online or by calling us at 206-682-7270. This non-refundable reservation pays for your meal experience at Maximilien including wine pairing, service and taxes. Reserve early as space is limited.
Price per person: $110 plus 5% Service Charge, 18% Gratuity and 10.1% WA sales tax.

Why pre-pay for reservations ?
Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.
What's included ?
The $110 food and wine pairing menu, 18% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.1% sales tax and Resy's 2% service fee. Any other extra you order will be billed to you at the end of your meal.
We are a party of 4 but made two reservations of 2 guests. We want to sit at the same table!
No problem, once you made your reservations, email us both reservations details and we will be sure to sit you at the same table!
What should I do if I am running late?
If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time, your experience will be abbreviated as to not make other guests wait.
I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?
No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
I have an odd party size, how can I make a reservation?
