Join us for a special Thanksgiving celebration at Maximilien on November 27th, 2025, where we will be serving an exquisite five-course menu that brings a French twist to your holiday feast. Indulge in gourmet dishes like tartare de saumon, oeuf minosa au caviar, and a decadent pumpkin cheesecake with french meringue. A wine pairing will be available for those wanting to indulge on the event night!
To enhance the evening, Bonnie Birch will be serenading guests with live accordion music from 5 to 7 PM, creating a warm and festive ambiance. Make this Thanksgiving unforgettable with an elegant dining experience at Maximilien!

Œuf Mimosa au Caviar
Deviled eggs with caviar.
Tartare de Saumon Frais et Fumé
Wild King salmon, avocado, cornichons, chives, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blinis and smoked salmon.
Bisque de Homard
Lobster bisque with crème fraîche.
Roulade de Dinde
Turkey stuffed with sausage, wild mushrooms, and foie gras. Cranberry chutney, velouté, and brioche stuffing.
Dessert:
Pumpkin cheesecake, meringue.

Pre-paid reservations are available online for our Thanksgiving dinner. This non-refundable reservation covers your dining experience at Maximilien, including service and taxes. Beverages and wine pairings are optional and can be purchased separately during your visit. Please reserve early, as space is limited.
Price per person: $110 plus service & tax.

Why pre-pay for reservations ?
Pre-paid reservations allow us to guarantee your spot. As a small restaurant, no-shows have a negative impact on our staff and kitchen, and prevent other guests from dining with us.
What's included ?
The food menu above. Beverages and any other extras will be billed to you at the end of your meal.
What should I do if I am running late?
If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Please note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reserved time, we may be unable to serve you.
I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?
No. However, you are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
What’s your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We are also unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. Since we staff, order, and prepare food for your party, please try to transfer your reservation to friends or family if you are unable to attend. Alternatively, we can arrange for you to pick up your meal as takeout.
