Celebrate Thanksgiving at Maximilien on November 26th, 2026, with a special five-course menu bringing French elegance to your holiday traditions. Enjoy seasonal dishes including a crispy duck confit croquette, roasted chestnut velouté, bacon-wrapped turkey ballotine with wild mushroom and spinach farce, and a decadent pumpkin crème brûlée to finish. An optional wine pairing will be available to complement each course.
Adding to the festive atmosphere, Bonnie Birch will perform live accordion music from 5 to 7 PM, bringing a touch of French charm to your Thanksgiving celebration. Join us for a memorable holiday overlooking Puget Sound!

Thanksgiving Dinner is on November 26 at 5PM/5:15PM. Only the set menu above will be available.
Pre-paid reservations are available online for our Thanksgiving dinner. This non-refundable reservation covers your dining experience at Maximilien, including service and taxes. Beverages and wine pairings are optional and can be purchased separately during your visit. Please reserve early, as space is limited.
Price per person: $110 plus service & tax.

Why pre-pay for reservations ?
Pre-paid reservations allow us to guarantee your spot. As a small restaurant, no-shows have a negative impact on our staff and kitchen, and prevent other guests from dining with us.
What's included ?
The food menu above. Beverages and any other extras will be billed to you at the end of your meal.
What should I do if I am running late?
If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Please note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reserved time, we may be unable to serve you.
I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?
No. However, you are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
What’s your refund policy?
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We are also unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. Since we staff, order, and prepare food for your party, please try to transfer your reservation to friends or family if you are unable to attend. Alternatively, we can arrange for you to pick up your meal as takeout.
