Christmas Eve Dinner

Christmas Réveillon

In France, a réveillon is a long and festive dinner traditionally enjoyed on Christmas Eve, bringing family and friends together to celebrate the holiday season. At Maximilien, we proudly carry on this cherished tradition with an exceptional Christmas Eve dinner on December 24th, 2026.

Join us for Réveillon 2026 at Maximilien, where Chef Fidel Mendoza presents an elegant five-course menu inspired by French holiday traditions. Begin your evening with salmon gravlax and salmon trout canapés, followed by a roasted beet salad with goat cheese, citrus, and pomegranate, and a velvety roasted pumpkin bisque. For the main course, enjoy a classic Beef Wellington with truffle demi-glace, garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled asparagus. Complete your celebration with a delicate red wine-poached Bosc pear, served with whipped mascarpone and toasted almonds.

Make your Christmas Eve truly memorable with an evening of festive flavors, French elegance, and the warm ambiance of Maximilien overlooking Puget Sound.

Adding to the holiday atmosphere, Bonnie Birch will perform live accordion music from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Bonnie began studying accordion at the age of seven under Thorild Swanson at the Stancatto School of Accordion, developing the exceptional technique and musical artistry she brings to every performance.

Reserve your table today and celebrate the magic of Christmas Eve with us!
