Escape to the tropics with a special Tiki-inspired edition of “Au Comptoir” (At the Counter)!
Join Spencer, Maximilien’s bartender and mixologist extraordinaire, at the bar, for a playful journey through the colorful world of Tiki cocktails.
The five drink cocktail tasting experience will explore the bold flavors, odd spirits, house-made syrups, and creative combinations that make Tiki drinks so unique. Expect many different types of rum, fresh fruit, unexpected ingredients, and plenty of island-inspired flair. Along the way, Spencer will share the history behind the classics and the inspiration for new cocktails in the tiki world.
To complement the cocktails, enjoy a selection of French Caribbean-inspired small plates, including Jerk Shrimp with Mango Salsa, Creole Loaded Fries, Tropical Fried Rice with Rum-Glazed Chicken; and a sweet finish of Pineapple Upside-Down Cake with dark rum caramel.
The cocktail menu will evolve each week so you won’t know exactly what’s in store when you book “Au Comptoir,” but you can count on five delicious tasting cocktails, exciting flavors, and a little tropical escapism right here at Maximilien!

This Cocktail Menu is only available at the counter on select Tuesdays in November. Pre-paid reservations are available online only. This non-refundable reservation pays for your experience at Maximilien including service and taxes. Additional Beverages/Food are optional and can be paid for on the night of your visit or pre-paid while booking below/

Why pre-pay for reservations ?
Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.
What's included ?
The $69 cocktail tasting menu and four small plates, 20% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.55% sales tax. Beverages, optional wine pairing and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.
What should I do if I am running late?
If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time, your experience will be abbreviated as to not make other guests wait.
I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?
No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.
What’s your refund policy?
We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. We can also have you pick up the meal for take out.Are kids allowed?
No. Everyone must be 21 years or older and have a valid state issued ID.
