If you love Oregon wine, you won’t want to miss our winemaker dinner on March 21st, featuring Dobbes Family Winery. This family-owned winery has been producing beautifully crafted wines since 2002, using old traditions and new world techniques. You’ll enjoy a five-course menu of delicious dishes, each paired with a Dobbes Family wine that showcases the best of Oregon’s terroir.

You’ll also have the chance to meet the winemaker, Derek Einberger, and learn more about his passion and expertise. This is a rare opportunity to taste and learn about some of Oregon’s finest wines in a cozy and intimate setting. Reserve your spot today!

About the Winemakers:

Growing up in Napa Valley as the son of a winemaker, Derek Einberger developed an early passion for exceptional cuisine and wine. He is a passionate steward of Oregon wine, which offers a rich diversity of grape varieties, regions, and styles. His ultimate goal is to capture the essence and character of each wine, reflecting its origin and vitality. He strives to create wines that exude a distinctive flavor profile and convey a sense of place. Derek believes that the key to achieving complexity in winemaking lies in embracing simplicity in the cellar. He is honored to collaborate with a skilled team that shares his vision and is committed to producing exceptional wines.

This Tasting Dinner is only available in the dining room on March 21 at 6pm or 6:15pm. Only the set menu above will be available. Sorry we do not offer substitutions on this special night! Pre-paid reservations are available online only. This non-refundable reservation pays for your meal and champagnes tasting experience at Maximilien including service and taxes.

Price per person: $120 plus 5% Service Charge, 20% Gratuity and 10.25% WA sales tax.

  • Why pre-pay for reservations ?

    Paid reservation allow us to guarantee your reservations. We are a small restaurant, several no-shows has a negative impact on our staff, kitchen and prevents other guests from visiting us.

  • What's included ?

    The $120 food and wine pairing menu, 20% gratuity, 5% service charge, 10.25% sales tax. Other beverages, extra wine and any other extra will be billed to you at the end of your meal.

  • What should I do if I am running late?

    If you are running late, please call us at 206-682-7270. Note that if you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your ticket time, your experience will be abbreviated as to not make other guests wait.

  • I can't make my reservation. Can you transfer my reservation ?

    No. You are welcome to sell or give away your reservation yourself. All resales are the responsibility of the original purchaser. We will not be held responsible for forgeries or misrepresentations.

  • What’s your refund policy?
    We do not offer refund for any reason, including sickness, if you are unable to make your reservation. We also are unable to offer a credit or rescheduling. We are staffing, ordering/preparing food for your party if you are unable to make it please try to transfer your reservations to friends/family. We can also have you pick up the meal for take out.

  • Are kids allowed?
    No. Everyone must be 21 years or older and have a valid state issued ID.
